Dear Vic You are always in my thoughts miss you x

I was saddened to hear recently that Vic had passed away some time ago. As a young man (1997 to early 2000s), I worked at the Borough Council, and Vic's office was immediately adjacent to our work area. His industrious, positive and kind nature was a great inspiration to me personally, as well as his ability to see the humanity, and quite often the humour in almost any situation. He was a vast well of life experience, and was always ready to use it to help anyone he could. He was always ready with a story for just about any occasion, too. A one-off individual, I'm sure that he is very much missed by the many lives he touched. Rest in Peace.
